Scope: Tasked with reviewing and enriching Sounddelivery Media's training handbook, focusing on incorporating comprehensive accessibility guidelines tailored to becoming a spokesperson within the media sector.

  • New Chapter Creation: Authored a new chapter on accessibility in media, offering practical guidance for accessing support within their media training program and signposting to wider resources.

  • Handbook Review & Annotation: Provided expert commentary throughout the existing handbook, significantly improving the accessibility of their training program designed to amplify authentic voices in the media.

  • User Perspective Integration: Leveraged my own experience as a former trainee and an accessibility expert to ensure the content was relevant and user-friendly.
