A leading voice on accessible work, workplace adjustments, and inclusive technology. I shape policy, guide systems change, and build shared learning for a more equitable future of work.

Disability inclusion is not a bolt-on. It’s the foundation of sustainable, high-performing organisations.

I’m Rachael Mole. researcher, advisor, and strategist. I founded Moleworks Solutions to challenge how we think about workplace adjustments and to embed equity into the systems that shape how we work.

With lived experience and national policy insight, I support governments, large employers, charities and research partners to build accessible, future-facing work cultures.

Current Focus Areas:

  • Strategic approaches to reasonable adjustments

  • Disability employment and retention

  • Inclusive AI and future-of-work technologies

How I Work

Research & Insight

I produce independent and commissioned research that informs workplace policy, culture, and accessibility innovation.

Strategic Advisory

I advise employers, public bodies, and tech innovators on embedding inclusion into organisational strategy and design.

Shared Learning

Through publications, partners, toolkits, and speaking, I share what works, and challenge what doesn’t, to grow collective capacity for access-first work.

Client Testimonials

“Rachael was insightful, conscientious and thorough in her delivery of our research brief, and left us feeling confident in how we might action some of her practical recommendations.”

Caitlin Ross, Head of Impact - Big Change Charitable Trust

“Rachael is an expert consultant and an excellent collaborator that brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to any project. We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with Rachael on previous successful campaigns and look forward to doing so again in the future.”

Emma Gardner, Co Founder- With Not For

“Working with Rachael on my inclusive business strategy, specifically with regards to recruitment support, meant I finally understood which roles needed to be filled - so I could successfully delegate some of my business operations and free myself up to focus on growth. I had never hired a team before, so Rachael's coaching has been invaluable. Highly recommend reaching out to Rachael to help you understand and accomplish your business goals!”

Miranda Mcarthy, Founder - Adaptive Yoga LIVE

“Rachael supplied an incredibly informative session on Reasonable Adjustments and made a conscious effort to tailor this to the specific challenges often faced by members of our community. She proactively engaged with us to establish common issues and barriers and incorporated these into her presentation, as well as drawing from her own lived experience. Her knowledge and passion on this subject really shone through. The biggest testimonial for the session was the high rate of attendance to the online session and the number of attendees who stayed for the full presentation. There were a number of questions at the end of the session which Rachael also expertly fielded.”

Jimmy Gregory - Work Forwards Programme Manager, Cystic Fibrosis Trust

“Rachael is also very knowledgeable in the field of technology and has helped us to ensure our way of working is truly accessible for our completely remote team. Things I had previously thought weren't possible for a digital marketing agency, such as truly flexible working (working at any point in the 24/7 timescape) are now our way of life.”

Sophie Turton, Founder - Electric Peach

"We worked with Rachael to develop our approach, thinking and policies around the use of AI at Patchwork Hub. She brought a wealth of knowledge to the work across accessibility, emerging technologies and how those topics interact - such an important area for the coming years. As a result of our work together, we now have far greater clarity and confidence in our approach to this vital topic, setting us up for long-term success. I would highly recommend working with Rachael to anyone looking to embed accessibility and ethical considerations into their AI strategies and policies."
