Meet Rachael Mole

I believe that businesses should integrate accessibility as a standard operational flow, so I make accessibility policy and implementation simple and exciting to engage with.

Churchill Fellowship Report

Beyond Barriers: Building inclusive work-cultures for disabled employees to drive innovation.’

A study funded by The Churchill Fellowship, to research international accessibility best practices to inform businesses and policy makers, to support the UK to become a leader in accessibility and disability employment.

Here are challenges I help
People Leaders solve:

  • Understanding accessibility beyond compliance

  • Lack of accessibility leadership/ expertise

  • Can’t afford a full-time accessibility focused project manager

  • No clear, actionable plan

  • Inconsistent execution

  • Vague policies and unclear implementation

  • Limited budgets for accessibility focused projects

  • Not attracting disabled talent

  • Unable to accurately survey employees for disability in line with legal requirements

  • Lack of senior leadership buy in

  • Understanding why current policies aren’t working

Bringing People and Project Management into the next generation of inclusion in the workplace.

Through my time working within disability, neurodiversity, and accessibility in the workplace, I’ve noticed that even the best-intentioned of organisations fail at the same thing- access is a tacked-on consideration.

The most successful implementations of access in the workplace come from integration- considering access in each stage of a project, and how to communicate effectively with all stakeholders at each stage.

Whether it’s an expert eye on your internal communications; the process you use to circulate information to your team, clients, and customers; upskilling your people team; or building or re-building your recruitment strategy- I can help.

“Rachael is also very knowledgeable in the field of technology and has helped us to ensure our way of working is truly accessible for our completely remote team. Things I had previously thought weren't possible for a digital marketing agency, such as truly flexible working (working at any point in the 24/7 timescape) are now our way of life.”
